Terms of Service Land Tours

All pre- and post-cruise extensions are handled by Exotic Journeys Pvt. Ltd., a member of the Exotic-Heritage Group.

RESERVATIONS

In order to book a land tour, kindly email us your ineterest and we will send you a Booking Confirmation along with the quote for the tour services.

PAYMENT TERMS

A pro-forma invoice for the Land Arrangements based on the preliminary counts of guests will be submitted by us for payment as per advance payment policy as mentioned below:

Less than 90 days before departure: 50% Deposit

45 days before departure: Balance 50%

CANCELLATION

Should you find it necessary to Cancel the tour, the following sums will be due as cancellation charges:

Up to 75 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges

Up to 60 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges

Up to 45 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges

DOCUMENTATION

Preliminary passenger information is required by 90 days prior to tour commencement for invoicing purpose.

Final passenger documentation must be provided at least 60 days before tour commencement with the following information: passenger name as it appears on passport, nationality, passport particulars, gender and date of birth of each passenger.

Please also advise any special dietary requirements, airport transfer requirements including flight information, special requests, or other individual passenger needs at least 30 days before commencement of each program.
